APSR will offer awards to recognise excellence in different areas of respiratory medicine based on abstract submissions.

The best abstract in a symposium

GOLD AWARD

Award includes:

  • USD250 discount on APSR 2021 Congress registration

  • commemorative certificate

  • published in a special supplement of Respirology

  • recognition on the APSR website, Bulletin and social media


Eligibility:

  • The awardee must be an APSR member (en bloc or individual). If the submitted abstract is selected for presentation, the presenting authors without APSR membership are required to join APSR members.

  • The Awardee is required to send a report (circa 500 words) of their experience at the APSR Assembly Virtual Meeting to the APSR Secretariat within one month after the symposium. Submission of the report is one of the requirement to receive the award. The report may be published in the APSR Bulletin and/or Newsletter.
